The controls are located at the bottom of the map.
Click the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons or drag the slider tool (triangle) left and right to zoom in and out.
Click the arrow buttons to pan left and right or up and down.
Once zoomed in, drag the red box in the navigation in the upper left corner to move around the map.
